Commander Navy Region Southwest Rideshare Program
Credentialed Rideshare drivers are currently authorized access to the San Diego METRO area installations and are able to serve Naval Base San Diego, Naval Medical Center San Diego, Naval Base Point Loma, and other Navy and Marine Corps installations in San Diego.
Rideshare is also authorized at Naval Air Station Lemoore, Naval Base Ventura County, Naval Air Station Fallon, and Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake.

Download and fill out the SECNAV 5512-1 form.
Form is available online by searching “SECNAV 5512/1”.
Drivers should email the completed form to CNRSW_HQ_PARKING@us.navy.mil or call 619-705-6789.
Once form receipt is acknowledged, you will be directed to proceed to Naval Base San Diego Pass and ID in 3 business days.

NASF Expedited Process:
Download and fill out the SECNAV 5512-1 form.
Form is available online by searching “SECNAV 5512/1”.
Drivers should email the completed the form to nasf_n34passandid@us.navy.mil or call 775-426-2430.
Once form receipt is acknowledged, you will be directed to proceed to NAS Fallon Pass and ID in 3 business days.

Once form receipt is acknowledged, you will be directed to proceed to NAS Lemoore Pass and ID in 3 business days.

NASL Walk-in Process:
Walk into Naval Air Station Lemoore Pass and ID, fill out a form, and return in 72 hours to complete the credentialing process or upon notification that it is complete.

NBVC Expedited Process:
Download and fill out the SECNAV 5512-1 form.
Form is available online by searching “SECNAV 5512/1”.
Drivers should bring completed form into NBVC Pass and ID, along with documentation of proof of employment for the Rideshare company.

NBVC Walk-in Process:
Walk into Naval Base Ventura County Pass and ID, fill out a form, and wait for real-time vetting. Wait times vary from 10 minutes to 3 hours; or turn in the form and return in 72 hours (3 business days) to complete the credentialing process.

NAWSCL Process:
Download and complete the SECNAV 5512/1 form.
You may also obtain the form from our Visitor Control Center. This form is used to conduct criminal history checks for suitability.
Drivers should drop off the completed form to our Visitor Control Center (Bldg 1487); or call 760-939-3160.
Once the form is received the vetting process may take up to two weeks.

Go to our Visitor Control Center, complete the form, and wait for real-time vetting. Wait times vary from 10 minutes to 3 hours. You will need to provide authorized documents to establish identity. A list of approved identity documents can be found on page 3 of the SECNAV 5512/1 form.

NWSSB Rideshare Process
NWSSB does not authorize rideshare. All rideshares are picked up off base at the VCC parking lot.

NSAM Rideshare Process
NSAM does not authorize rideshare. All rideshares are picked up off the base at the Sloat VCC parking Lot.

Naval Base Coronado and Naval Air Facility El Centro currently do not have a rideshare program.
