UPDATES:  

3/9/2023 - SECURITY BOAT EXERCISES AND BLANK GUNFIRE.  Base personnel will be conducting security boat exercises this Friday, March 10 inside Anaheim Bay between the hours of 2:00pm-4:30pm.  The exercises may include the use of blank ammunition, which can sound like real weapons fire from a distance.  The public boat channel through Anaheim Bay should remain open during these drills. 

1/06/2023 - The Ammunition Pier Replacement Project web page has been updated with the latest information on current and planned construction activities and bay reconfiguration info. 

11/28/2022 - The base welcomes our new Executive Officer, Commander Jamie French.


Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, California and its Detachments - located in Fallbrook and Norco, California - exist to provide weapons storage, loading, maintenance, and assessment support to ships of the United States Pacific Fleet. Our facilities also support Coast Guard vessels and Marine Corps units stationed afloat and ashore.
