Walk-ins are welcomed and will be seen between appointments which are scheduled from 0800-1500 M-F every 30 minutes.

ICE Survey is now available for the ID LAB at PSD Monterey via http://ice.disa.mil/index.cfm?fa=card&s=822&sp=121752&dep=*DoD.

This will enable the Navy ICAT-21 Program Manager to review the feedback of the services rendered by the ID Lab staff. This evaluation input goes directly to the Navy ID/CAC Program Managers and not to the contractor/service provider, SERCO. They, too, have their own quality assurance and control survey where customers can address complaints/compliments at navyicat21@serco-na.com. The customer can choose either link or both. Furthermore, military members may also check or update DEERS Record by calling 1-800-538-9552
