The Staff Judge Advocate provides Powers of Attorney (in PDF format) that you can conveniently print and complete. Blank printouts are also available in our office for you to fill in. Please do not sign the form until you come to our office. You will need to bring your military ID and a form of ID with signature (dependent IDs with signature don’t require additional ID). Our office provides notary services for active duty, retired military members, and dependents. The Staff Judge Advocate's drop-in notary hours are Tuesdays and Thursday 1300-1500. If you need to request an appointment at another time, please cal 656-2506 or 656-3388. **Real Estate packages and large packages requiring multiple notaries require an appointment.
