Captain Jeff Yackeren

Commanding Officer, NAVBASE Point Loma
Captain Jeff Yackeren is a native of Darien, New York. He is the son of Frank and Daryl Yackeren and was commissioned in 1999 through the Enlisted Commissioning Program at the University of Utah with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He also earned a master’s degree in National and Strategic Studies from the US Naval War College.
Lieutenant Commander Cody W. Davis

Executive Officer, NAVBASE Point Loma
Lieutenant Commander Cody Davis is a native of Pell City, Alabama and reported to Recruit Training Command Great Lakes in December 2003. He then reported to Basic Enlisted Submarine School and Torpedoman “A” school. He graduated as Manga Cum Laude with an Associate in Economics and a Bachelor in Justice Administration from Hawaii Pacific University in 2011 and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Central Michigan University in 2013. He was commissioned through the Limited Duty Officer Program in April 2013.
CMDCM Nicholas J. Prebeg

Command Master Chief, NAVBASE Point Loma
Command Master Chief Nicholas Prebeg, a native of Mountain Iron, MN, graduated from Mountain Iron-Buhl High School, Class of 1997. He enlisted in the United States Navy through the Delayed Entry Program and reported to Recruit Training Command Great Lakes in August 1997.
