Possess current proof of insurance and is licensed to operate as a taxi with the state, county, city or local public utilities commission or other cognizant body as required.

Q2: Do we allow (Military) Uber/Lyft Driver's?
A2: Only if they meet all requirements delineated in COMNAVREGSW 5530.1A and are issued a CNRSW Access Badge. All Uber/Lyft Drivers (military personnel included) must have all the appropriate licenses required by: IAW COMNAVREGSW 5530.1A. All drivers, regardless of military affiliation must be vetted/treated as civilians according to the instruction for private employment not affiliated with the military as outlined above.
Q3: What is the NBC Trusted Traveler Program?
A3: The NBC Trusted Traveler Program allows one escort (Trusted Traveler) to sponsor a maximum of 6 guests in no more than two vehicles. The "Trusted Traveler" must be at least 16 years of age.
