The NAS Lemoore Navy Munitions Command is responsible to the Navy Munitions Command CONUS West Division for providing ordnance management for Fleet and Shore stations; to requisition, receive, store, assemble, maintain and issue all ordnance and ordnance-related material authorized for use by the various hosts, visitors and tenant units; provide for management of the Combat Aircraft Loading Area (CALA) in support of local aircraft loading and explosives handling operations; assemble and deliver conventional air launched weapons to the CALA; provide conventional ammunition management for ordnance held in magazines and facilities.

Navy Munitions Command, Det. Lemoore has five divisions: the Administrative and Planning Division, the Magazine Division, Missile Division, Quality Assurance Division and Aviation Weapons Support Equipment Division.
