As the NAS Lemoore Key Custodian, the Physical Security Specialist is the approving authority for all work related to Locks and Safes on board the Installation. Work requests for performance of key duplication, lock/safe combination changes, and all other work on locks and safes must be approved prior to performance of work.

Request for work on these items must be generated by each Command’s Designated Key Custodian and only by these personnel. Personnel will be designated in writing by their respective Commanding Officer and a copy of designation must be on File in Physical Security Specialist Office.

FAX all work requests to (559) 998-4756 for approval.
