Operations and Management

Naval Base San Diego Operations Department, located in building 150, manages Port Operations, Emergency Operations Center personnel and provides services and support to the fleet. Services provided by the Operations Department includes, but is not limited to flight operations, in-port refueling/defueling, pier laydown concerns and emergency management.
