Personnel reporting to Naval Base San Diego UIC 00245 or our security department UIC can report in person M - F 0800 - 1500 to our Headquarters located at 3455 Senn Rd, San Diego, CA 92136. Our HQ (Bdg 72) faces the waterfront between Piers 1 and 2, right next to the base movie theater. The quarterdeck is located on the right side of the flagpole in front of the building and is manned from 0800 - 1500 Monday through Friday. If you are reporting after hours, including holidays, please call the Command Duty Officer at 619-247-8897.
