The Sandpaper is the official newsletter of NAF El Centro. It is published by the PAO. Submissions by base personnel and our partners in the local community are encouraged and desired. Due to the format of this publication, advertisement for businesses is prohibated. You may navigate to the most current issue or back issues using the navigation bar on the left.
