Kristi Pashkevich

A native of Pendleton, Oregon, Command Master Chief Pashkevich joined the Navy in March of 1999. She attended Operations Specialist "A" School in Damn Neck, Virginia graduating September 2000. Pashkevich is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy Class 211, Brown and the Command Master Chief Course Class 192.  She also holds an Associate's Degree in General Education.

Her sea assignments included USS Boxer (LHD 4); San Diego; Fleet Maritime Patrol Mobile Operations Communications Center, Misawa, Japan; USS Benfold (DDG 65); USNS Alan Shepard (T-AKE 3) and USNS Richard E. Byrd (T-AKE 5) where she served as the Military detachment CPOIC; LCS Crew 101 where she sailed both USS Freedom (LCS 1) and USS Fort Worth (LCS 3) and LCS Crew 204 where she served as the command senior chief on USS Omaha (LCS 12) and USS Jackson (LCS 6), on the USS Lenah Sutcliffe Higbee (DDG 123) she served as command master chief.

Ashore, she was assigned to the Fleet Area and Control Surveillance Facility; Tactical Training Group Pacific; and instructed at Center for Security Forces Detachment North Island where she qualified as a Survival, Evasion Resistance and Escape (SERE) Instructor.  Pashkevich's current assignment is Command Master Chief for Navy Region Southwest Transient Personnel Unit.

Her personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (five awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (two awards), Volunteer Service Medal and various other personal and unit awards.
