Commander Navy Region Southwest Rideshare Program
Credentialed Rideshare drivers are currently authorized access to the San Diego METRO area installations and are able to serve Naval Base Coronado, Naval Base San Diego, Naval Medical Center San Diego, Naval Base Point Loma, SPAWAR and other Navy installations in San Diego.
Rideshare is also authorized at Naval Air Station Lemoore, Naval Base Ventura County, and Naval Air Station Fallon.
The Rideshare program is currently being set up at Naval Support Activity Monterey.

Access Control Background Check and Credentialing Process for the San Diego METRO Area (button, then below info)
METRO Expedited Process:
Download and fill out the SECNAV 5512-1 form (available on our homepage under Region).
Form is available on the San Diego Uber Greenlight Hub website and can also be found online by searching “SECNAV 5512/1”.
Drivers should email the completed form to cnrswrideshare@navy.mil or call 619-705-5321.
Once form receipt is acknowledged, you will be directed to proceed to Naval Base San Diego Pass and ID in 3 business days.

Walk into Naval Base San Diego Pass and ID, fill out a form, and wait for “real time vetting” could take anywhere from 10 minutes to 3 hours; or turn in the form and return in 72 hours to complete the credentialing process.
