Reporting Aboard

The following is information for Sailors and Marines who have received orders to Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach.

For Sailors reporting to Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach itself, please contact our Sponsorship Coordinator at SEAL_SPONSOR_COORDINATOR@us.navy.mil or 562-626-7391 during normal working hours. After hours please contact the Security Desk Sergeant at 562-626-7600.  For personnel reporting to other Navy or USMC tenant commands aboard the base, please contact your reporting command directly.

Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach is located in the City of Seal Beach, in northwestern Orange County, approximately 25 miles southeast of downtown Los Angeles and 90 miles northwest of downtown San Diego.

The base Main Gate is located at 800 Seal Beach Boulevard, and is normally open 24 hours a day.  Check our Facebook page for updates to gate hours.

See the Base Directory for the phone numbers of base services and tenant commands.

Although the base property consists of over 5,000 acres, the active duty military population is fairly small at less than 250 personnel.  This somewhat limits the services available onboard.
