Requesting Band Support

Please review our Sponsor Requirements section to determine which performing unit(s) you are interested in booking.

Military Sponsors:
To request the support of Navy Band Southwest, please submit your Military Request Form 5060 via email or mail.  For further questions or information, please call (619) 556-6959, DSN 526-6959.

Civilian Sponsors:
All requests must be submitted in writing before consideration for acceptance. Please complete our Civilian Request Form DD 2536, and e-mail a signed copy to our Operations Coordinator. You can also send a signed copy by U.S.P.S. mail to Director, Navy Band Southwest, 3320 Norman Scott Road Ste 1, San Diego, CA 92136-5318.

Submission of your letter does not guarantee acceptance, but constitutes an official request for musical support. All requests are reviewed to determine whether regulations permit Navy Band Southwest support for your event. Requests are processed on a first come first served basis. Military events are normally confirmed no earlier than 90 days prior to the event. Civilian events are normally confirmed no earlier than 60 days prior to the event. All band engagements are subject to preemption by Commander, Navy Region Southwest.
